高齢者からは、利便性が高くバリヤフリー化された住まいへ住み替えたいというご要望を多くお受けします。 私たちは、建替えによる再生だけでなく、活用可能な住棟を使って、住み替えによるストック活用も効果的に促進する必要があると考えます。

例えば、高齢者が階段を使わないで生活できるよう低層階へ住み替えることや、高齢者と子ども世代が住居できる住み替え、子育て世代が低廉な価格で住戸を購入できる仕組み等、ライフステージの変化に応じて柔軟に住み替えられる仕組みづくりを図っていきます。

We propose a practical public housing facility that implements the barrier-free function to provide the elderly utmost convenience and comfort in their mobility and daily routines, such as avoiding the use of stairs, and relocating them to lower floors. Simultaneously, homes can also allow the ease of child rearing and adapt flexibly to changes, based on one’s different life stages.
